Thomas was born in Germany, he discovered the macrobiotic 1978. At the beginning of the 80īs he took part in several seminars, with Michio Kushi and Montse Bradford among others, in Switzerland and Germany.
Since then he has dedicated to give courses. During a period of two years he dedicated to cook for patients sick with cancer, some of them managed to recover and others improved the quality their lives.
Thanks to Thomas, a lot of people convinced that it is the most natural and healthy food that can exist, and if you know how to cook it, it has a great taste.
In October, 2006 he began to give courses on the island which have been very successful due to the fact that more people concerned about their health.
