Tempeh Shis Kebab
 

300 grms. plain tempeh, some onions, carrots and greens from leek, some shoyu ginger juice. Some sesame oil.

Cut tempeh and vegetables in squares, add oil, shoyu and ginger juice, marinade it for 20’. Heat a pan, add oil, add tempeh and vegetables, sauté it for 5-10’.
Use some toothpicks, put one of each squares and them repeat. This is a very nice party snack.
