Strawberry  Pie

1st Topping: ˝ kilo strawberries,  1 cup apple juice, 2 tbsp. kuzu, 3 tbsp. rice or barley syrup, (optional: rains, cinnamon, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds. Instead of strawberries use apples, pears or plums)

Wash and slice strawberries, bring  apple juice to boil, add strawberries, rice syrup and kuzu (dilute in cold apple juice), stir for 5-10’. Put it on the side to get cool.

2nd Dough: 2 cups spelt meal, some apple juice or water, ˝ cup corn oil, a pinch salt

Heat the oven. Mix spelt, salt, and oil well using your hands, little by little add the apple juice or water.  Knead the dough till it is smooth and elastic. Place it in a baking dish, bake for 15-20’. Add the topping and leave it  another 20’.
